3. Consultations and Estimates

We offer both remote consultations and on-site visits to assess your project needs. Estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of consultation. Final costs may vary if additional work becomes necessary during the project. We communicate any changes to the estimate clearly before proceeding with additional work.

4. Scheduling and Project Timeline

Service dates are scheduled based on mutual agreement and availability. We strive to complete projects within the estimated timeframe, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed of any changes to the schedule promptly. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for preparing the work area by removing furniture, personal items, and valuables. Access to the property must be provided as agreed upon for the scheduled service dates. Clients should inform us of any known issues with the property that may affect the work. Failure to prepare the area may result in delays or additional charges.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in the service agreement provided before the project begins. A deposit may be required to secure scheduling, with the balance due upon completion of the work. We accept various payment methods as indicated in the agreement. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

We perform our services with reasonable skill and care. However, we are not liable for damages arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, property conditions not disclosed, or actions of third parties. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We recommend that clients review their property insurance coverage.

8. Changes to Work Scope

Any changes to the original scope of work must be discussed and agreed upon in writing. Additional work requested after the project has started may affect the timeline and total cost. We will provide a revised estimate for any changes before proceeding. Clients are not obligated to accept changes they do not approve.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage open communication to find a resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct discussion, we agree to seek mediation before pursuing any legal action. Both parties are committed to resolving issues amicably and in good faith.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state where our services are provided. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction. By using our services, you consent to this governing law and jurisdiction.
